  I don't even want to give them a single star... my mom ordered a "vanilla chai tea latte" today. MAKAYLA or MIKAYLA (however you wan to spell it) made this order. She first charged us $3.06 when a chai tea costs $2.11. So that was our first thought that this order would be wrong. She then goes and makes a "vanilla latte." When my mom went inside to ask for this to be fixed, MAKAYLA "made" a "vanilla chai tea latte" but filled it half way. As unacceptable as this is, my mom rightfully asked if she could be refunded. MAKAYLA said she did not know how and would not do it, without calling a manager. So my mom walked away with NO REFUND and NO PRODUCT. I called the store to see why she could not do this. Instead of calling her manager and trying to fix the problem right then and there, she said she called after and we could come back in (even though we left five mins ago because she was no help). To top it off, I have called 10 times to try to get MAKAYLA to find a district manager's number. She is refusing to do so, and when she "called her manager" she claimed that her OWN MANAGER does not have the DISTRICT MANAGER'S NUMBER. This review will be posted everywhere I can post it.   They are very creative with their toppings.... I tot 2 bagels with butter...toasted perfectly.. Got a dozen donuts was leaving the store but the service I got was so good I decided to stay and eat... My experience was terrific and Andrea was great in honoring a request I asked. This is a great location just beside a comfy Knights Inn hotel.... Loved the food and the people... Got to stop in if your in the area
